The property is located minutes from shops, cafes and restaurants in Bracklesham Bay, and a short drive or walk to thriving East Wittering Village, with its range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short cycle or drive away.

The property is approximately 8 minutes walk to the beach and the owners have even provided a beach trolley for your picnic!
