As you walk up the stairs, you will find four bright, airy bedrooms; a master king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, one twin room and one further king bedroom. The fourth bedroom features a kids bunk bed (sleeps 2 children - not suitable for adults or larger children). Each room is furnished in a fresh style complete with soft linen and fluffy towels. Upstairs there is a also a further family bathroom with w/c and shower over bath.

In the large enclosed garden lined with pine trees, you will find plenty of furniture to relax in the morning and evening plus a superb kids wooden play area with swings, slide and an astroturf and bark safety surface. Pine Trees features a private driveway with parking for two vehicles.

Located in the village of Birdham, just South of Chichester, Pine Trees is ideally located for outdoorsy people who love walking, wind surfing, kitesurfing, surfing and paddle boarding and anything beach based!

The property is located a short drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Bracklesham Bay, and East Wittering Village, with a fabulous range of shops, cafes and restaurants. West Wittering Village is also a few minutes drive away.

It is possible to cycle to the famous West Wittering beach and the lovely harbour village of Itchenor. and Historic Chichester City and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are only a short drive away.

Sleeps 8 people but a maximum of 6 adults due to one room containing bunk beds only suitable for small children.
